Yi Zhang - CEO

Yi Zhang is the Founding CEO of Rezel Growth and the driving force behind Rezel’s e-commerce scale engine. Over the past 13+ years, he has helped generate $600M+ in added sales across Amazon FBA, DTC, Meta, and TikTok by building repeatable systems for growth—rooted in performance marketing, operational discipline, and smart automation.

Yi has built 40+ brands across 19 categories, developed 200+ best-selling listings (many surpassing $2M/year), and launched 500+ new products with an 80% success rate.

He’s known for turning high-potential ideas into profitable, durable businesses—maintaining an average career EBITDA of 26% and scaling single SKUs from zero to $50M+ in annual revenue.

Doug Renert - Chairman

Douglas Renert is Chairman of Rezel Growth and a seasoned technology investor and operator. He is the Co-Founding Partner of 444 Capital backing mid-stage, high-growth technology companies. He also cofounded Tandem Capital in 2007 and helped build the funds through investments in standout companies including Deako, NomNom, Outdoorsy, PagerDuty, and Tile.

Doug began his career as a corporate attorney at Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich (now DLA Piper), advising technology startups and investors in Silicon Valley. He later joined Oracle, where he led corporate development for the company’s applications business (reporting to the president, now CEO), and went on to serve as a General Manager and Vice President of Oracle’s vertical applications business.

Yelena Myulberg - COO

Yelena Myulberg is the COO of Rezel Growth, where she leads operations and delivery across the agency to help consumer brands scale profitably in eCommerce.

With a background in program and service delivery for enterprise clients including LinkedIn, Slack, Airbnb, and Salesforce, she brings a structured, execution-first approach to building strong teams, streamlining workflows, and keeping cross-functional initiatives on track.

Yelena is focused on turning strategy into consistent outcomes across Amazon, DTC, and growth operations.
